这里是美国纽约时代广场，在中华民族的传统节日——春节即将到来之际，在我上方的美国纽约时代广场纳斯达克塔楼的LED大屏幕上，正在展示中国企业界的笑脸形象，现在播放的是中国盛和塾大家庭的笑脸。本次上屏幕的82位代表，都在为稻盛经营学的传播付出不亚于任何人的努力。盛和塾笑脸将从2018年1月14日至15日连续播出两天，每天播出20次。
中国盛和塾自2007年成立第一家无锡分塾以来，截止到2017年年底，已拥有塾生会员4655名，涵盖了服务业、加工制造业、互联网、健康医疗、人工智能等诸多行业，塾生企业拥有员工已达数十万人。

This is the Times Square in New York. On the occasion of the traditional Chinese Spring Festival, the NASDAQ Tower LED screen above me is displaying the smiling faces of Chinese entrepreneurs. At this moment, what you are watching is the 82 smiling faces from the big family of China Seiwajyuku. The 82 representatives on the screen make their greatest efforts that are second to none to spread Mr. Kazuo's management philosophy. From January 14th to 15th January, these smiling faces will be continuously shown on the screen 20 times a day for two days.
Since 2007 when China Seiwajyuku established its first branch in Wuxi, China, it has possessed 4,655 entrepreneur members by the end of 2017. These entrepreneurs come from a variety of industries like service industry, manufacturing industry, the Internet, health care, artificial intelligence, etc. By now, the number of employees of these enterprises have reached several hundreds of thousand.
The member enterprises of China Seiwajyuku hold such operating purpose as “seek employees’ material and spiritual happiness” and persist in “human-oriented” “altruism management”. By elevating their mind and expanding their business, these entrepreneurs of China Seiwajyuku intend to create and safeguard the happiness and smiling faces of their employees and family members.
The year of 2018 is the 40th anniversary of China's Reform and Opening up. As pointed out by President Xi Jinping in his New Year speech, “the Reform and Opening up is an inevitable path for the development and progress of contemporary China”. China's Reform and Opening up has created happiness for Chinese all over the world and provided opportunities for plenty of enterprises. China Seiwajyuku will make more efforts to further facilitate the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the fulfillment of China Dream.
